A Zeiss "Deconvolution" Microscope System was acquired in 2001, with grants raised by the IBR. Value $110,000. The system comprises:

  • Zeiss Axioplan 2 upright microscope, automated
  • Zeiss AxioVision vers 4.0 image acquisition software (includes Deconvolution and 4D rendering modules)
  • Zeiss AxioVision Viewer image storage software
  • Zeiss AxioCam HR digital monochrome CCD camera
